Those are stock 996 twits painted black tones of them on ebay, direct fit onthe 993TT. I'll bet if you post on the 996TT board a WTB you'll find plenty of sellers probably even get a set for under 1k

Those are '01> 996TT wheels. 18x8" and 18x11". Perfect fit on 993 Widebody cars. I have a spare set (decent condition) for $800 if you are interested.

Mine are genuine Porsche. 295/30-18 is the ideal size but you
could use a 315/30-18. Obviously these wheels are silver, not black.

exact wheels i have on my lowly c4s. i bought mine from a rennlister off the 996 turbo board for about $800 and had them refinished. i'm running 295s on the rear.
mine are hollow spokes, but the solid spokes are available for less money.

Stick with the 295's in back on the 996TT rims. 305 or 315 technically can fit, but make the car slightly less stable fitting more rubber on the 11" rear rim. I have 996TT rims on my 993TT with the 295's in back (Michelin PS2's for the street, Sport Cups for the track):

Those are Techart Formula GTS. They appear to be 19" (8.5" and 11").

I can't tell from the photo but the tires should be:
F - 235/35-19
R - 315/25-19
