k16 -> K24

ITS ALIVE!!! The K24's are on. I hooked up the new ECU and 5bar FPR. The job was held up bc the used turbos I bought did not come as advertised and needed a rebuild. I sent them out to Durabilt and they came back looking and functioning better than new. It took some time and hassle & money, but once I got them back, putting them on wasn't so bad. The oil lines and hoses all went on pretty easily. I put the IC back on. Then the moment of truth....turning the ignition. Fingers were crossed and I hoped for the best, but was prepared for the worst. But one crank and it fired right up idled smoothly, no smoking, no oil drips, no issues. Brought it up to temp while checking oil levels. It is still on jack stands with no exhaust or bodywork, so there is work left to do. But the hard part is over! I have lots of pictures and even some video of the job. Cant wait to put some wheels on it and take her for a spin. The acid test will be April 18, my first trackday of the season at LRP. (then again @ WGI May 1,2,3)
Also, is this the correct contact for Durabilt?

Reading the current article in Exc Mag about a 1100 HP+ beast (that I've been following over the last year or two) tends to have me daydreaming of the 800 HP track car I've been contemplating since I had an RS America. : )
It might be time to finally stop taking expensive new 911's to the track and either find a track 911 that I like and dial it in to my preferences, or build one. Time being the limiting factor.
Thanks.
