how setup is your 993tt? what tires are you running?
thats a great time if your car is totally stock on street tires.
a pro did 2.09.5 in my TT on street tires .. my TT is fairly stock except for pss-9.

I have PSS9's revalved w/ 600/1000lb springs, erp monoballs, evo uprights and heavier sway bars. I was on MPSC at the end of their life that were completely corded after 1 more session. I had a 2:11:7 but don't have the video. Without traffic (and an early apex or 2) and some fresh R6's, sub 2:10 is well withing range. Motor is stock, car weighs 3300lbs.
2:09's on street tires is sort of ridiculous - but technically mpsc are street tires...

Nice video and interesting datalogging you have there, what system do you use?! Always great to see a street 993TT being hammered on the track How did you like the brakes?
BTW I think you have a second or two in there just by getting your seat much closer to the steering wheel!!

The data logging is something a friend turned me onto called the G-box - it hooks up to a satellite feed and is about the size of a deck of cards. I wired it to a display that I mounted up in the console. It was about $500 all in and runs through a video cam. It is not as robust as many of the other things out there, but its a good gauge.
Surprised no one has commented on the Ricky Bobby Driving suit... (ebay $400 -with certificate of authenticity from Columbia Pictures

DM,
Nice vid... and awesome data logging. I like it
I have to agree with Jean - I spent a lot of time last year trying to "fit" the TT and spent some time with both seat position AND steering wheel spacers. The spacer made it WAY better for me and i feel as though I am more in control.... A bigger differenc that i thought was possible - AND if you have long legs - will give you MORE knee room too...JMHO - but worth looking at.
Enjoy,
Simon.

Nice lap..
BTW.. My friend is the developer of the G-box. It looks like you are getting some GPS drop-outs. I would try moving the GPS antenna unit to the roof of your car. The GPS missing some samples is what is causing the delta time to best lap to be way off. Also if you contact the manufacture I'm sure he has a firmware update that will make the delta timer a lot more accurate.
