if you need to know where to get a PPI- you can always ask for help on rennlist- we're everywhere!

I'd get the leakdown AFTER the initial PPI- 50-60% of the cars I've shopped for failed a ppi, and I wouldn't waste money getting them tested initially. Good PPI is a few hours at best- if your independent guy really thinks it's a great car- and you want to buy it for sure- THEN get the leaky done.
