js-911 - Lets wait and see

Hate to tell you this TB993tt, but I could care less if js-911 has built a 9000HP motor and broken the sound barrier. As an engineering exercise it's interesting, for a track car or dragster maybe. But it has absolutely no useful purpose on a street car, which is what I use my Porsches for so, for me, neither side holds much relevance.
Now IF he was trying to go into business of building these motors for customers, and if a customer wasn't saavy enough to do his homework and get enough experienced assistance in what is and isn't in the realm of feasibility, then I'd say we step in and get him sanctioned. However, to-date, with the exception of this supposed software he hasn't seemed to want to sell anything.
In the words of that great philosopher and American Jimmy Buffett, "Breathe in, Breathe out, move on!"

Who cares. If it isnt RS tuning you give it short shrift anyway. He isnt hurting anyone and maybe he is only fooling himself, but to make a separate post questioning his credibilty is a joke in my opinion.....

OK TB,
I order that device tomorrow. I have to first find out if it is available from Finland quicker than from UK.
btw. Have anyone tested that serial port output
"AX22 serial port
Real time data output at 115kbaud, format available on
request. Data can also be input for storage on the flash
card and accessed from the software. More information is
available on request."
I like to also datalog that AX data to other system for comparing purpose..
Now, when Jean is at holiday I can cover him
What do you say about these suggestions for your hp:
First one with 17% lost :
And second one with 12% lost :
I calculated them from your 4th gear 5.98s acceleration.
Am I now close to truth?

So, at least you must have at least +600 real hp..
That is calculated according to physics laws and it s truth. (if you have that kind of acceleration [a] and your car weight that 1475kg [m] then your car's force [F] is [m]*[a])
Edited: How about Racelogic Driftbox? It costs half of AX22's price.
But is it RL certified

Jussi,
I follow all these "mine is bigger than yours" threads with a giggle on my lips....
But please - Jean and TB both can admit to be wrong (and biased too ) but sometimes things can get lost in translation - in this case SRF506 was saying that PERSONALLY he is happy with his tuner and KPG was actully having a "dig" at TB (on your behalf).
Email (or forums) are a great place to pick fights - not to resolve things - and the language barrier makes this even worse!
I look forward to your results and like the different approach you take.

Simon.

Yes, I think that it is also because of language barrier, I have just basic vocabulary to use and don't understant everything what have been written here.
But I hope all to best for KGP and SRF and also to Jean and Toby and else
My result are in 60-130 topic, believe it or not
