Default 993TT intercooler inlets?

Hey fellas,

Can anyone tell me what the diameter of the inlet pipe is on the 993TT intercoolers? I *think* it's 2.5", but would like someone to confirm this for me asap.

Much appreciated!

I think, it maybe be 60mm from inside because I use 60mm silicon hose for it and it is very tight fitting.

Thanks, Juha... that makes it about 2.5" in diameter then

Why did you use aftermarket silicone hose on it? Wasn't the factory hose strong enough?

Just curious.

Hi, I installed Garretts and made custom turbo outlet pipes from 60mm aluminium. I connected those pipes to IC's inlets with 60mm silicone hose and I remember that it was very tight fitting, I had to use oil and force to get that 60mm silicone around stock IC inlet.
