4th gear whine
Hi guys, can anyone shed a bit of light on a gear box whine which slowly starts at low revs and is gone by the time 2500 rpm is reached. Only in 4th.Is there a gearbox oil which would help and do I need to start saving for a gearbox re build?

Is this whine a constant or cyclical? I understand there is a range of revs its audible, but within that range? Do you know what type of oil is in the box now?
