Hi:
The stock TT rods are forged steel.
Only the older Porsche race cars like 906, 910, 935, 956, 962C, and the current 996 GT-3 and GT-3 RS have titanium rods.
Ruf also uses titanium rods in some of their engine upgrades.
Titanium rods are rather life-limited unless made with a special coating.
