Roland seems to be another llazy guy who needs me to post his pictures. He is recently back from the Nevada Open Road Races in his Turbo R. I asked him how he did, and here is his reply:
"Thanks for the kind words Steve. The relay thread was read by my fellow
racer who happened to be in Elko. He didn't understand the verbal
pleas but the thread did the trick. Seems that the DME if not crisply
switching ,does cause a fuel pump issue as well. Ruf never ran so well after
the relay change.
We WON IT ALL.first place in the 160 target average class, lead the
Team Porsche group to a first place finish AND won the closest overall in
terms of timing accuracy. Won by a margin of .007 mph...not too bad for
100 miles. Something less than a couple of milliseconds of the ideal
time."
Congratulations to Roland (RufRacer) for hauling some serious *** out there. Here are his newest pictures (not all would load properly):

new to ruf
I am buying a 1995 c2 btr ruf. Can anyone suggest a front bumper as ruf does not make their bumper for this car anymore. I hate what the c2 bumper looks like that is on it now. Thank you all in advance.

Mr Pong has a BTR with a very cool bumper. Maybe he'll respond, or you can page back a bit and find his photos. You can also go with a Turbo bumper and add the "S" spoiler lip to it. I'll bet there are other interesting bits available in the aftermarket. I thought that Ruf was "temporarily" out of stock on their CTR bumper.

I have a NIB Ruf bumper that I would part with. I bought it as a spare from the Canadian Ruf dealer when they closed as I thought it would be a safe purchase.

I happen to have some interesting pictures of Roland's car from about 18 months ago... we had 3 993 Rufs parked side-by-side.

ouch...that hurts! Post on some of the other boards....may take a while, but you'll find one. Welcome to the fun world of Ruf out of production parts. I'm guessing Wayne already called Marc @ Ruf De...he'd know if one was kicking around his end of the world. You may also want to check Ebay.de once in a while...good Ruf stuff shows up there from time to time.
