We should hook up. I have a BTR-2 as well. What year is yours? Mine is a 1995 narrow body.

Yours is probably the third BTR I know of in the U.S. They are rare.

I just read your other posts, yours is a 1993-964, mine is a 1995-993. Love your 3.8L engine though, and the Ruf VIN is just the ticket.

Add me to the list ... I just purchased a Silver/Black 2004 Cayenne Turbo RUF 550 "Dakara" conversion (New Turbos, Intercoolers, Air Filters, ECU Mapping, High-flow Sport Exhaust, 22" RUF Wheels). Number 2 of 4 (RUF 550) in the States (there is a CTT RUF 570 in NorCal). Total conversions (US) to date are 5.

Scary fast for a 5200 pound plus vehicle.

Nice to know I am not alone in my addiction. I hope to be able to join the "list" by the end of the year with a newly completed RCT Evo (small details left to complete - engine and the 6spd). Until then, where did you get your seats? I looked into the Konig seats around December, but did not get any response from several suppliers. Sorry, can I chime in if I am not on the list? Thanks to everybody for all of the info.

Nyeguy,

Please tell me more about this RCT Evo... I'm pretty much a novice at thi Ruf stuff. Email me at ca993twin@yahoo.com, and I'll give you the contact information that I used for Konig USA. And welcome aboard!

Violet??? Man, that is Iris Blue, a classic 993 color!

Plate in the last picture is licensed from Roland, the original Ruffian

Please add me to the list-2002 R-Turbo, Ruf VIN, somewhere in NorCal.
