Default High pitch Screech from the turbo's?
After starting the car up and letting her warm up before driving, I hear a high pitch noise (sometimes). It last for only a couple of seconds and then it goes away. Is it anything I should worry about?

It sounds more like a fan belt that is loose.

Yep, or a dying idler-pulley. Just had mine replaced; it made the similar noise...
