No such thing, if it's not a custom.

Track vs. Cab is a tough combination.

Even though a modified 993 might be cheaper to build, I think you will loose money on it in the end when you sell that car compared to a factory TT.

oh so my mistake, I thought perhaps there was a C4S cab. So Porsche only made it a coupe, then I will have to opt for a C4 Cab.

Im keeping my toys for a long long time. I am building a collection of cars. I want to own a few dozen of them by the time I am my fathers age. It runs in our family, my dad owns 13, uncle 9. I have to work really hard to accomplish this personal goal.

Much easier to build fantasy cars with an appropriate computer program. You can keep them on your hard drive and delete them when you get bored. Same car for track and "nightclubbing"? Come on back when you grow up!

911/q45,
why are you jumping on me? Im sure you have your own personal enjoyments of your own that "others" would regard as stupid and silly. As for the fantasy car computer program, Im sure I can code one up since thats my schooling and chosen career. But I much prefer the real thing. I thank you for giving your opinion though
You see in my country here in Brazil, you don't get much of a chance to own really much of anything, let alone exotic cars like Viper or Hummer H1, or the Porsche I am trying to get, unless you are very fortunate to have come from a wealthy family or you are a member of a cartel, my country is so so poor!

I also want to say in my country going out is considered very normal, and most of the adult population go to nightclubs, everynight of the week! until very late. Brazilian people are fun seekers and our culture is based around music, food and having fun, it is even worse in Rio. The Cariocas', people from Rio, are 10x worse than us Paulistas, (people from Sao Paolo) It is on the friday or saturday that us Brasi's stay in at home with the wifes', familys or girlfriends. But during the week the entire country is out having alot of fun out dancing, eating socializing with frirends etc. It is very different from USA, where you live to work. In Brasil, you work to live. I have bee nto Spain and Greece and other countries and it is very much the same thing. USA is very different! That is why you Americans like coming to Brasil, you want to have fun in the sun!
well sorry to have bored you all, ciao!

After a few visits to the Off-Topic forums and seen how things can stir up quickly on oppinions, lets keep the focus here on cars. Note though; I understand what you mean that there is a different view of life.

My Brazilian friend,
Convertible cars have a few design issues making them less safe and suitable for tracking. Still, most Porsches do great on track in comparison. If you're going to track it just for fun and do it safe, I'll say "Go for it!". As long as you are aware of the issues of converting the car.

Feel free to post pictures of potential cars for your project and update us on your progress. It will be very interesting to follow.

Cheers and good luck.

I agree with Diabolos88. In our countries is very different the type of life. WE want to have fun until the sun shine in the mourning and cars are part of our style of life, so do not discriminate us because we are different(on life style). Diabolos88, keep posting. I know much of us want to hear from you and your projects. Obrigado!!!

It doesn't matter to me if you guys want to party all night. My beef is the bs level of a 23 year old that has supposedly already owned several expensive cars(dad's money, if truly owned), talking smack about getting a track car and bling car in one package for cheap.
