180 mph (says so in your manual)
The wind is a big foe so you need lots of mods to hit 190 mph...
(stock headers on 993tt are very good/opening up the cats and mufflers
is always a good idea on a turbo motor).
cheers to you
Marty

Top speed in my car stock was rpm limited(indicated 185 at 6750 redline). Mild mods will just get you there a bit faster. More expensive mods will allow a higher redline, hence a higher speed.

Don't know about you'all but around 130pm and above, my TT (modded to about 490HP, no body kits) begins to feel flighty in the front end. I get a bit nervous and super attentive. No such effect in my 996 Rturbo at 150+ mph.

High speed stability is greatly increased by use of the GT2 kit, but you pay the penalty due to drag!
Mine has stock rear wing and Techart front spoiler and feels ok to around 170, where after it becomes progressively more terrifying especially at a real 190 plus.

Three Wheelin'
It does, however, take a fair piece of road to accomplish this. I did close to this on the front straight of the 'ring (closed day). I ran out of straight before I ran out of RPM. Car felt "quite stable" but there was noticable movement side to side, even without a lot of wind that day.
