Default Got the older brother in garage side by side

Very lucky and happy to have both of these iconic air cooled side by side in my garage, I cannot stop opening my garage door at looking at their *****.

Which rear do you prefer?

Congratulations, that's a great pair! Love both of them but still prefer the 993. Which yellow is yours? Looks like Pastel but hard to tell from the pics.

Both cars look mint. The perfect pair!

Nice to have ramps for both. Does that mean there is room for 2 more classics?

Thank you guys. Yes it is a pastel yellow color, i don’t have the best skill in taking pictures, the color did not show thru properly. As for the parking for the ramps, i am already maxed out with another pair of E30 and E46 M3, so no more classic car shopping for now.

The 993!

Is that a non-sunroof?

What is your perceived turbo lag difference between the single big turbo and the smaller two turbos? Preference of one to the other?

I am still learning my ropes in taming the 964 Turbo, and to be honest they are not as easy to drive and maintain at a fast speed when compared to 993 Turbo and definitely require more driver skill and attention to the road in comparison to the 993 Turbo. The turbo lag is very noticeable, and especially when going thru corner at higher speed + the turbo boost kicking in you just need to be prepared. As for the turbos in my 993, the K24 come in much more smoother and also because of the AWD it feel a lot more planted at all times and hard to spin out no matter how hard I try.

Congratulations! This is what I'm aiming for too, but I started with the 964 Turbo 3.6.
