Default steering wheel?

Hi,

I'm still looking for a nice sport wheel with airbag for the TT... I'm about to bite on a Gemballa unless anyone has a good one for sale...

Anyone... anyone at all?

Thanks

J

It almost sound too good to be true...
congrats and post pictures of your new wheel after install, I also am tired of my stock wheel!
jcaine, out of curiosity, have you hooked up with fellow rennlisters in your area for some
of their legendary drives?? I hear the roads are incredible!

roads are awesome and I tear up Mulholland on a regular basis but I have not gotten together with any of the guys yet... we will I'm sure. I drive my car regularly so we're bound to run into each other...

got the wheel installed... I like it. It's cocked ever so slightly to the left... like 1/4 spline so that will have to be fixed at the alignment shop at some point... I'll live with it till then. It has tip buttons that I am going to hook up to the volume controll of the upgraded sound system I'm putting in (no panel cutting)...

I am still not totally comfortable with the driving position... arms relative to legs and seat angel. I either have to reach just a bit for the top of the wheel or feel a little too close. I am considering some supple seats in lew of my current sports so that may do it. Otherwise it's livable
