Congrats Jim, marvelous car. Have you told your wife about the mods yet? Anyway, hope to see it soon.

Jim,

Beautiful car. Care to post a group-pic of your stable before some horses are gone forever? 'Drooling Pong' (just trying to keep up with 'anxious Pin).

Thanks and enjoy.

Ok, Bay Area lurker here who wants to see that car in PERSON. I LOVE the car in yellow and have never had the chance to see it up close. Latte/etc. on me for a look at your convenience (or just tell me when you are going to slip into viperbob's nest and I'll be there).

Kim:

Yes the seller is responsible and is covering my costs to complete the cert. It was definately part of our deal. Basically, there was a timing snafu yesterday when I showed up. The backlog for the smog machine was many hours deep. I would have likely had to wait until closing just to get the cert. The car had been pretested and passed. So I agreed to get it done at the sellers's cost. By tomorrow afternoon, the smog should be done and I am not out any more $$$. Very nice. Can't wait to get it registered and have plates....

Oh, and did I say it has to lose those yellow wheels ! Anyone have a set of RayBans?

Jeff:

Yep, you have me pegged. Pastel is my gig...OMG. Just wait for my peroxided pony tail to grow out! It will be waving from underneath my helmet ;^)

Regards

Very sharp Jim. Congratulations and enjoy. I don't know if it is the shadows, wood finish, sunlight or what but it makes those yellow wheels look fantastic. Have fun.

Jim:
Congrats on locating your new TT. Be carefull with this group as they are slightly mod crazed. I must admit however that it only gets better with mods. Enjoy your new ride and remember not too rub her to hard or too often.
