Default Prices softening up.. Perhaps

I look everyday, all over, on various "for sale" websites and I am getting a feeling that the market is finally leveling up.. Perhaps because the euro has gone down the drain and the Germans are no longer in the market. Also, lots of TT S models are surfacing up, which in my opinion is another indicator that the market has topped out and now it's time to sell. Just a one man's opinion

When you say "lots of TT S" are popping up, can you share links? I sure don't see "lots".

The DuPont car sold within a week. The red car at Milipas sold twice before they listed it. The eBay car has a salvage title and shouldn't count. Sloan has had those two a long time.

I agree that the huge run-up in prices has to settle, but there are still many more buyers than sellers.

I read in one of the car magazines that the market is mostly leveling except for Enzo period F-cars and air-cooled Porsche Turbos

Just this week i got an offer for my ferrari fly Turbo with WLS II (450 BHP)
78.500 km (49k miles) for Euro 117.500 incl. taxes, I did not sell and discuss about that in a german forum just to get another offer from somebody else.
No , we are not at the top
demand from buyer keep strong
maybe the weak euro cause big demand for solid good or garagegold
ciao

Way more buyers than sellers currently. TT price increases may slow down....but they aren't going to stop anytime soon.

The only potentially soft price here looks like the one that is apparently salvaged. I think those prices are all-time-highs. Plus, do you know what the Sloan cars are asking? They are not cheap vs. the others.

I was just noticing last night while reading my most recent edition of 'excellence magazine' that Sloan no longer posts prices for his cars in his ad that he has each month in excellence. The market must be moving that fast. Also, it looks like he has added a few 993 Turbos to his inventory. Must be expecting further price increases if he is taking on that kind of risk

Yeah I brought that up a few months back. The response I got was that the prices change constantly so print ads weren't really a good place for them anymore. So why not put them online?! Just create pricing rules that closely follow the DOW, NASDAQ, FTSE and the daily price of gold and then make the rule a multiple of the Fed rates, that should make it overcomplicated'ly easy!

As a stockbroker for the past 23 years I think that that is an excellent idea . Nothing annoys me more than an ad without a price on it.

Thats a good price, the ones I see in mobile.de are way overpriced and considering yours is a WLS2 which is Turbo S power.
