1996 993 coupe value?
Was just looking for a price guide not a thread to discuss specs
Thanks anyway
Hey folks have not owned a 993 in a while so not real current on 993 values it looks like they have softened the last year or so. I have someone who might want to include her 993 as trade in on one of my cars not sure I would keep the 993 so trying to get an idea of how much I could sell for after the deal is done.
It is a very clean 993 six speed coupe no real special options but does have an aftermarket sport suspension and big front brake kit. It has a light grey interior on a Artic Silver exterior, 98K miles very well maintained no current issues at all.
Price?
Thanks for the help.

I've been following the 993 market for about six months. Yes, IMO the market for cars that aren't special in either configuration or condition is definitely softening.
Given that this is a trade situation, I'm assuming you don't want to sit on this car for an extended period of time in order to squeeze out every last penny. Were it me, I would figure that I could unload this car for $44 to 46 if I got lucky and the maintenance history was really spot on. Selling price, not Ask.
A quick search of car gurus....
95 Silver C2, 100k miles, 430 days on market, Ask $52 https://cargur.us/gShRH
95 Black C2, 89k miles, 120 days on market, Ask $47 https://cargur.us/gShVK
96 Silver C2, 106k miles, 100 days on market, Ask $46 https://cargur.us/gShZy
95 Silver C2, 103k miles, 4 days on market, Ask $50 https://cargur.us/gSj2c
96 Red C2, 102k miles, 280 days on market, Ask 54 https://cargur.us/gSj4n
97 Arena C2, 90k miles, 10 days on market, Ask 55 https://cargur.us/gSj6y
Hope that helps.

Ace that is about the value that I was thinking, not trying to ring out last dollar just want to be whole on selling my car don't really want to deal with a trade but will if I have to and don't get burned on value. Don't think Haggerty is very accurate when it comes to modern day Porsches. $50-70K for a 1996 993 with 98K miles is a bunch off.

Give her @39K and you will do fine, assuming good PPI.
You have to take into account your cost to register it, insure it, and time to sell it down the road.
You are doing her a favor tying up your cash in that car.

The M030 are ROW springs. Many use them here to lower the car. Typically a brake upgrade consisted of changing to the S and Turbo brake setup. Calipers are a bit bigger. The brake setup on the standard Carrera is more than adequate unless you plan to track the car very hard. The stock calipers are black, S and turbo are red.
