Somewhat easily fixed. New front fenders, lights, bumper cover, 996 T wheels, and steering wheel. Done.

Looks like a hack job to me. The condition of the center reflector and the broken left tail lamp speak volumes.

It's nearly there - almost as if, the builder thought, "hey guys, let's roll her outside and see how she looks" - "wheels....... we need some wheels.... hey bang on those old wheels we have in the corner; but jack up the suspension as they're going get peeled on the arches!!"
