Parts #4 and #5 in Andy's diagram are reasonably easy to access with the airbox removed. A good DIY writeup is here: https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...eck-valve.html
My only add to Bruce's excellent writeup is that I find it easier to remove the airbox and MAF housing as one unit, by loosening the hose clamp on the opposite end of the MAF housing from the airbox. Once out, you can separate the airbox from the MAF housing using the twist lock.
I'm not sure I've ever seen a writeup on R&R of #14, but others may have experience.
