Default WTB. Engine undertray

Does anyone have a engine undertray for their 993 that is in good shape that they will part with?

I will pay a reasonable price and cover shipping costs.

Thanks

I doubt any are available. They are all in use.

Somewhere there is a shipping container with thousands of engine trays in it. Why do you want the tray? Most people take theirs off. The only reason I am keeping mine is if I ever sell the car I want to be able to offer it to the new owner. Engine runs cooler without the tray.

Mike,
Most 993 owners remove them for the added air flow.
There was a time not long ago, when you couldn't swing a dead cat without smacking an under engine tray sitting in someone's garage.

Many shops have them stacked up in a corner.

Mike's been around here for a very, very long time. I bet he's even cleaned his ICV.

What's a new one worth?

I have one in perfect condition cinched into a Hefty bag that'll probably still be sitting on my back patio in 2032.

Any 993 forum member flushing their coolant is OK in my book. It' when they start flushing someone else's coolant, or trying to see their engine undertrays, I get concerned.

They do have a use, They hide gross oil leaks! And oh yes avoiding starting piles of dry leaves on fire.

Poor guy...all he asked for was a engine cover... At least when he finds one and puts it on...it will pretty much be out of sight...so hopefully he won't have to suffer further ridicule...

Ridicule would be to send him two dozen engine trays. This here is no ridicule, no sir.

I think I have two in storage. I'll have to check though.

Shoot me a PM and we'll chat.
