Anybody using lift bars?
Been using the cactus method of getting my car onto stands (https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...993-redux.html) but getting to be a pain carefully lifting the car and always worrying about the front "lift" point and even about the rear engine case lift point.
Anybody using rennlister Porken's lift bar system on their 993? Any problems getting to the major components?

Seems like a decent way to get the car up and down in just a couple of lifts with the added benefit of an extra 2 inches of under car space.
For those of you who are going to say I should get a lift - space is tight and the area that I have to work on my car has a ceiling height of about 6'2". Wish I could get a lift - get a little claustrophobic under the car sometimes.

I'm I also interested in hearing some feedbacks as well. I don't work on my car enough to justify the cost of a mid rise or even quick jack. I'm actually hoping rennstand will be released soon as it is more versatile and can be used with different cars. Jackpoint is $$$ and out of stock at the moment.

Interesting ...first I've seen this!
So can folks confirm these will fit under a lowered 993 and still be able to get the jack's jackpad (in my case a Craftsman Aluminum jack) under the liftbar?
