I love Maritime. I don't think I've ever seen a 993 in that color. Makes Riviera look pedestrian by comparison.

A few strange things to note. I don't see the bat phone console option on the sticker, and I see a rear badge delete (but clearly there is one). The price is pretty high, but it's also a pretty rare bird. Here are the option codes and pics:

09991 manufacture from the exclusive-programme
139 Seat Heating - Left
240 Version for countries with inferior fuel
329 Radio - ?
340 Seat heating - Right
408 18" Technology Design Wheels [1996]
419 Rear luggage compartment instead of rear seats
437 Comfort seat left
438 Comfort seat right
454 Automatic speed control
490 Hi-Fi sound system
498 Without rear model designation
513 Lumbar support - right seat
513 Driver's Seat Lumbar Support
551 Air Deflector (Cabriolet)
586 Lumbar support - left seat
601 Litronic Headlights
659 Onboard computer
680 Digital Sound
692 Remote CD changer (6-disc)
C02 Equipped with catalytic converter
X54 Oval Chrome Exhaust Pipes

Love the maritime paint and RSD. Hate the aerokit wing, supercharger and those seats. Might be hard to source the original color spec seats to return to stock.

However just the fact that the car has the SC installed would scare me away from ever considering it. Well, that and the fact that it is a cab.

It's only got 30,000 miles, and if I were the buyer, just have a shop restore back to stock configuration. Especially since I doubt that it would pass emissions testing here in CA.

Find a seat of factory seats and have a good interior shop (we have one in Santa Clara/San Jose) match the leather.

I'm a top-down kinda person. So, for me the only real issue is that you can't pay anywhere near $70K for it, since you would likely have at least $10,000 sunk into it in order to get it back to stock. However, I'd prefer black interior.

Why do you say that? It has so much going for it once factory seats are sourced and installed
