Slightly off topic, because it's my modded Miata instead of my 993:

made 100 dollar side skirts, abs plastic mounted in place of the normal rounded sides.
as simple and rough as it is, the skirts were very effective at producing grip.
ended up removing the air dam and canards which produced a more slippery front end increasing straight line speed by 2mph.

pic from camautomag.com

mounted with 1/4 turn fasteners so I can change the skirt length easily.
aluminum brackets and a flat sheet of abs extend the tub.

worth the time and effort.

k722070 - That looks great, and its always nice when simple mods make a difference. That front fenders do you have in your car, they look wider than stock?

those are the 2" wider fiberglass fenders with an evo2 front bumper cover from getty.
completely covers the front tires.

Every day is a good day for 935 K3 ****. I still remember the Car & Driver story on the Whittington K3. Those cars are still desirable and bad-***, unlike a, IMO, 959.
