Default $130 off a set of Bridgestones

No affiliation, but Costco is running two promos $70 off a set of Bridgestones and extra $60 off a set of Bridgestones in December (coupon TIREDEC16).

Hello, RE-71Rs fr those who need them, but they also have a number of other tires, including snows. Installation is $15. And before someone moan about installation quality at Costco, it's actually surprisingly good and well inured, if anything. Including proper cross-pattern bolt torquing going around the car with the hand-held torque wrench and doing it twice (yes I've witnessed it and talked to the techs, it's a company policy).

PS. Oh, and it seems like another 5% back for certain credit cards.

It's crazy, up here in Canada we are getting good deal on tires at costco.ca

Usually we pay minimum 1K for anything decent, now it's almost even par with US pricing even though the USD is 1.34 Crazyness!

Really? Here in Toronto I checked Costco pricing a month or two ago for winter tires, and my fav local tire shop was significantly cheaper. I'll check online to see if that has changed any.

Thanks for this Nile. Need tires for the Porsche and the Audi.

Just for my own clarity, I assume the Bridgestone promo allows you to buy staggered tire sizes and still get both promo discounts?

$750 for the RE71R's. It's pretty insane actually. I'm in Alberta.

(225/255's as suggested in another thread by Nile13).

It should. Says "4 tires".

Are these on 17s?

225/265 18s are about $1000 from what I could see on costco website

So was I, when I was getting mine in April But I think they'll generally order anything in Michelin, BFG and Bridgestone lines if asked.

Not at all sure what you are looking at. I just looked online - $790 installed after discounts. Before discounts, the 225/40-18 are $180 a pop and 265/35-18 are $249 each.

BTW, I just added those to cart and put in the discount code TIREDEC16... bingo, extra $60 off on top of $70 off. So, to answer the question above, it seems to work on 4 tires, regardless of size difference between the two pairs. I can only wish that I got the extra $60 off, got mine last April when that discount wasn't available. And than the car sat in the garage on them till November

Nile, my question was for Pichu as we are both in Alberta Canada. Different pricing than what you have in USA.

He found a set at costco for $750 and I assumed he is on the canadian costco website, and citing canadian $ prices. That would be an amazing price if they are US$750 in the USA - basically they would be discounted 30% in Canada based on exchange rate differential.

The ones I found were CAD$1000 for 18's so I wondered if his price was on 17's. I looked here:
http://tires2.costco.ca/Home.aspx?wh...amp;lang=en-CA

Or maybe he IS looking at the USA costco site and pricing in US$ - ie looking at the same pricing you are.

Maybe he'll chime in and clarify.

I looked on the Canadian site as well, and for Ontario stores the pricing didn't look all that special. Also, you can't get RE-71's in 285 (even though they do exist). I think the only matching tires in 225&285 were S04's.

Oh, sorry, I didn't look at your location. You guys have it rough with pricing and exchange rate for the last few years. I used to live in Rochester, NY in the 80s and remember going to Toronto with CAD being at 0.65 USD. It was fun. That and the drinking age of 19

I believe they'll pretty much order anything in any size. The issue might be that Costco Canada might not offer one or both of these discounts, though.

For Canada, they have a $70 discount on a set of 4 (manufacturers discount), but the discount code is not applicable.
