Default Constant Heat

I have a 1997 993 C2 with 24K miles. When I drive the car the heat is always on for the first 20-30 minutes. When I hit the A/C button, I still get heat. However, when I hit the Max A/C button, I get hold air. Then after driving the car for 20-30 minutes the HVAC system seems to work like normal.

I would like to figure out why the heat is always on the first 20-30 minutes. I am guessing there is an electric flap or switch somewhere in the HVAC system that is not working correctly. Is there is a common issue? I could not find anything while doing a search.

Thanks,

Your always best to pull codes from the Climate Control Module.
Tore at Bergvil sells the cable to hook to your laptop. http://www.bergvillfx.com/index.php/...4-and-993.html

You can download the software here http://www.bergvillfx.com/downloads/

Don't be like me and change parts that commonly go bad because there are a lot of them.
