Default 96 ECU Value

Finally sourced a 97 ECU to flash. Currently in transit from Steve Weiner @ Rennsport Systems. Can't wait to get it back and in the car!

I may keep the 96 ECU but if I were to s ll it, what do you think is a fair price?

I purchased a '96 ECU for a VRAM conversion and later learned it was unflashable. I paid $2k for the VRAM manifold assembly with injectors/rail and the ECU. The flashable units run a premium and I'm sure you already know that from Steve.

Worth nothing and why Steve sold me new '98 ECU at fair price with his work. Anybody need my OEM '96 ECU? I may pay you to take it.

Default 96 ECU

Hey, Hilltopper, I'll pay shipping and you won't have to pay me anything. Yuck, yuck.

I'm in a short term jam and need a '96 ECU.

Thanks,

rbeggs

Def worth something. I would imagine there are plenty of people out there who don't want to modify and need an ECU.

Don't forget, any other ECU must have your Immobilizer codes programmed into it before it will start your car and this is something for a dealer to do.
