Terrific info, thank you times 1000! I'm pleasantly surprised they have a porsche specific perf pattern. I'm meeting with my local rep in a few days to double confirm the sierra oceanic matches my midnight blue, given that the dash, back seats, and door cards are a tad faded. once i confirm a match, everything else will be reuphosltered

Default Reupholstering seats

I removed the seats this past Friday and delivered them this afternoon to Rod at HOF Designs to get them reupholstered with the Garrett Leather in Oceanic blue that I purchased.

Below are some before shots. The driver's side bolster had some cracking and fading. The seat had some staining and the foam was compressed after 20-years of use.

The passenger seat is in okay shape, but I want it to match the new driver seat.

I'll have them finished in about three weeks. After photos to come!

Solid work - finding the appropriate blue match and then finding the right perforation sample. I look forward to following the continuing process....

The seats have been stripped. I'm waiting on the perforated leather to arrive. Should be in by the end of this week.

The grey center armrest has also been stripped and the Midnight Blue leather is being patterned to match today.

Timing for completion is the first week of March.

I bought the last passenger armrest in Midnight Blue in the world, but could not find a matching driver armrest. So I bought a grey one, hence the reupholster.

Can't wait to see the finished job!

Last one purchased from Porsche and shipped from Germany!

Rod's a true craftsman with the sewing machine - these should look great when finished.

No, I'm having Rod from HOF Designs stitch and recover them.

Wow! You are not kidding. I just picked up the seats and they look better than new--just beautiful work.

I'll have photos after I install them this weekend.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I think my persistence paid off.
