Just a reminder that if you don't need GPS and are just looking for a clean-looking radio to replace an existing garish aftermarket radio, the Continental units sold by Tore are another nice option (and much less expensive). Available with or without CD. I put one in my C4 a couple years ago.

I'm an iPhone guy, but don't use the blutooth feature, so I can't answer that.

Manuals for the radios are here https://www.bergvillfx.com/downloads/

It's definitely not high-end audio, but even with an exhaust and no sound deadening the built-in mic works well enough to carry on conversations at highway speeds without issue, and it has BT audio streaming as well. For the price and appearance - both day and night, as the lighting matches with and dims with the dash lighting - you can't beat it.

Cool. Wasn't keen on paying $1100 for the Porsche Classic and I don't need (junky) GPS--not specific to the PCR, just ANY GPS that's not Waze.

Any particular model you recommend?

Thanks for the references guys.
Regarding iPhone-Continental compatibility: We have sold hundreds of these radios and have had two reports of customers that have problems with streaming music from an iPhone. However, these customers have not reported back, so we do not know the reason of their problems.
This could be caused by several things, such as Bluetooth radio interference from a lighter socket phone charger, software problems in the phone or a Bluetooth incompatibility issue. The reports we got mentioned problems with music streaming only, and not phone conversations via Bluetooth. We've had many reports of successful use of Spotify music streaming on Android devices.
Cheers,
Tore

Given the few number of reported issues, another reason could be good ol'fashioned user error. :-)

No issues at all. I have had no problems with any of the streaming services via bluetooth (Spotify, Amazon music, apple music, podcasts, etc). I'm currently using an iphone 8+.

The screen size does not conform to apples minimum spec so even if Porsche wanted to add CarPlay, they could not.

Hi Rudy, where did you (or the others) place the SiriusXM tuner?

Thanks in advance,
