Default Weiß-gold sport classic photos please

I'm thinking of painting some 17" sport classics in weiß-gold to use in the summer.

Does anyone please have any photos of gold 17s, or the 18s just to give me an idea?

As a bonus, any on a silver car?

Thanks.

Here they are in silver.

Can't find any, but you can try to look at this thread for some help:

Thanks - I have looked a few times at that thread over the years

I guess if no-one has painted 17" sport classics in gold, maybe it's because it won't look good

I enjoy being different.

Gold mesh wheels on a polar silver 993 aren't a new idea. In fact it is a pretty period appropriate look. Do a search for gold BBS e28 or e88 on a 993 to get an idea of the 'look'.

The key different between the BBS 3-piece wheels and these 2-piece sport classics is the lack of lip.

Perhaps Plastidip the wheels first to see if you like the look.

+993 I had precisely the same thought while I was searching yesterday for an 18" sport classic example. There was a black wheel with a yellow painted lip, but nothing else. The sport classic II's however are perfect for an inner paint job while leaving a nice silver lip. I think the silver sport classic has has nice clean lines and looks perfect just the way it is!

Check out the black/yellow sport classic in the second row (not my taste), and the gold sport classic II's with the nice lip in the first row in the attached link. https://www.google.com/search?q=BBS+...HdIuATMQsAQIGw

thanks both - I know the idea isn't new, and I know how the 3-piece wheels look (but I don't want heavy E88s)

But I haven't seen any gold Sport Classics in 17", so I was asking here for photos as I'm sure someone somewhere will have done it already
