Pulled the RH axle out, and replaced the torn boot. Greased, and ready to go back in. Relatively easy, but messy. Should be a lot easier putting it all back together next weekend.

Love the look Cheeky! I am thinking of doing the same only Red with my Schwarz Blk Car. Did you tackle yourself or have it done somewhere? Was it difficult? Any tips installing? Thanks!

Drove mine because it was a gorgeous (yet cold) day here and I just couldn't stand it any longer. Kudos to Fairfax County for spraying brine all over the road, even though we have had no precipitation in a week and none in the future. And it's going to be 50 next week.
Views like this made it worth it.

@BlackSnake brine was sprayed all over Columbus OH with the same forecast, wtf. Does anybody know why? Government I guess, use it or lose it next year! BS
@Gbos1 Thanks. I think it looks great, amazing, rad, etc IMO. I can't wait to try it with many different colors when I get a wild hair (Singer like). I tackled it with a good buddy. Very easy job to do if you have the right tools and experience (tools $3 squeegee, painters tape and spray bottle with water. You could watch a Youtube video and figure it out quickly. Stripes were $40 or so online. Do it and post a pick!

My thought was that they had a couple hundred thousand gallons of brine loaded into trucks and the EPA won't let them just dump it all somewhere so the spread it all over the county.
At least most of the sand is gone...

I'm just sensitive to the gauge as I've had issues with mine as well. I replaced mine when I had my top end done and it was reading a solid 5 bar above 3K rpm. This fall however i was driving and noticed the pressure dropping with revs. Scared the **** out of me. Had the car towed to my mechanic and replaced the Oil pressure regulator. Since getting it back it no longer hits 5 bar even at 4-6K rpm (maxes out at 4.5 bar). I think all oil pressure regulators read slightly different as the previous one read a solid 5 bar above 3K rpm (before it malfunctioned).

Mine seems to read more accurately when cold, then after it warms up a bit the needle seems to hit a 'hard stop' (like the needle physically sticks) at 1.5-2 bar and refuses to go above that. Seems like a sender issue to me, since the needle has the ability to sweep past that spot initially.
