Default February Fabspeed GT2 Evo Strut Bar Special

If you’re looking for a cost effective upgrade that also looks great, look no further. Our GT2 EVO Front Strut bar is the ultimate lightweight aluminum strut bar reproduced exactly as used by the Porsche Motorsport AG on the 800 HP 993TT GT2 EVO.

We’re looking to make room for new inventory and would like to offer them for just $99 to forum members who may have missed holiday special pricing. This pricing is good until the end of February.

Use the coupon code STRUT99 for discount pricing.

-Constructed out of high polish aluminum alloy
-Direct bolt-on installation, no cutting or welding required
-Stiffens front suspension for improved handling and turn-in
-Backed by the Fabspeed Lifetime Limited Warranty

We ask that all sales at this price be processed through our website, and here is a direct link to purchase.

John,
Are these the ones with the ovalized holes, or a new batch with four round holes?

Does this strut fit only Turbo models as the link states or will it fit NA too?
Thanks!

Andreas
These strut bars incorporate ovalized holes for best fitment and adjustability.

Thats a good feature. The previous owner cut the carpet for my front stress bar.
Did anyone ever come out with a small carpet kit. RS style?

Not that I know of, but that certainly doesn't mean it isn't out there somewhere haha. I'd make a separate thread specifically for that question. If the whole community sees it, if it exists someone will know.

Question: This is looks like a great, simple upgrade but does it actually increase the torsional stiffness and produce a better driving experience? Tx in advance...

As the chassis ages and fatigues, there will be more flex. The stiffer you make the car through suspension modifications, the more the chassis will flex as well. While this bar is no replacement for a cage, it will definitely make a noticeable difference. Consider me a skeptic of all things, but the front end of our 993 is much more composed than any other 993 I've been in and I'd like to think our strut bar plays a part. That, and if Porsche thought it fit for race cars, I'd put my faith in it, especially for the low investment of $99.

I attached a pic of our 993 with bar installed.
