I am interested. I was planning to rebuild/refinish a set of big reds this winter already. Can you PM me a rough estimate or put it here if you are comfortable with that.

I'm interested as well, especially if you'd do this on a core basis (I send you my rebuildable cores and you sell these). However, my car "fun budget" this year is tied up with a full clutch job with RS LWFW, and T-Lights.

Default BRAKE CALIPER REFINISHING: SPEED YELLOW DONE!

Are these finished in vinyl/sticker for the PORSCHE lettering?

We are comfortable posting our cost, we know we are not the cheapest in cost however when you want it to look this nice and want to ensure you'll have a long lasting quality finish our rates are very fair.

Price on a set of four $150 ea. ($600/set of four)
Price on a pair (2) $175 ea. ($350/pair "two")

We offer all the common colors as well as custom by code etc. (custom colors may be around $50 more per set single stage), we also offer Diamond Colors, I've attached a sample of Diamond coating as well as a Tiffany Blue we did for an other customer.

Long ago we tried this out however 2 factors were an issue, keeping a good inventory of all sorts of sets is very expensive and two when you exchange brakes along goes worn seals, boots and possibly someone may turn in an unreported issue or problem just to rid themselves of a trouble caliper.

I would suggest looking for a set on ebay, craigs, Rennlist so you can swap, once you are done you can probably recover the cost you paid for the new set. Or have us do the second set and sell a set that is completely ready to go! Just throwing that out there...

Is it just me or does the black decal on the yellow calipers look wrong? Too fat?

I'm surprised you left the stainless plates in place and just painted over them. Anyone who has taken the time to rebuild a set of these calipers knows that corrosion usually hides underneath.

I agree. It looks like a clear vinyl decal with black lettering instead of individual die-cut letters.

WD- the calipers look great. Can you confirm $150 each covers refinishing only or new seals included?

Some examples have painted brake lines & others have polished lines, is that customer preference?

If only your shop could rebuild the calipers... The paint looks great, but I'd like to be able to go to one place to have the whole job done correctly. https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...nt-repair.html

We do not offer any rebuilding services only refinishing, we do let our customers know this, hope helps clear up any confusion here.

I won't go into the exact but we mainly use a new process for all of four graphics side, there are advantages of this style, but this is sort of splitting hairs that you will never notice unless you are on your hands an knees using a magnifying glass but the advantage over durability is of a higher concern for our methods.

Thank you for your positive input!

We do not offer any rebuild services, our services are only refinishing. Rebuilding, replacing seals, brake pad guides, return lines etc. are mechanical services that we do not offer. Thank you for your question,
