Thought I'd post some interesting pictures of the beautiful 993 GT2 at RRV. I'm no photographer but enjoy!

Is is a street GT2 converted to race, or is it a Race GT2 converted to street?

I was told by another enthusiast that the yellow gt2 left the factory as pictured above. I can't comment on the credibility of that comment.

Definitely a race version with the fuel cell, centerlocks, inconel headers with no heat, welded cage, safety gear etc. etc.

I might be misunderstanding what's happening here, but it seems bizarre to tether the front splitter to the license plate frame. Those plate bumper plugs are so weak that I'm sure the splitter would rip the plate frame off if it flexed at all??

If it is a proper VIN, it is a street car.
Could be a clubsport with a few race upgrades.

Very nice combinaton.

this is a factory car not modded afterward as the VIN contains "ZZZ" that's a motorsport chassis like cup cars.

Cups have VINs, but not the same as street cars. Might be missing a digit or something... cant recall... but makes it next to impossible to register for the street. That and no title.
