You don't need to know jack $hit about oil. All you need to know is what Steve Weiner recommends. Go read his posts. He recommends at least 3 great, easy to find, oils for your 993.

There are many, many, many oil threads already and are easily searchable by Google and RL. So, new threads are mercilessly flamed (since it means you didn't obey Rule#1 of RL). Now you know, so consider yourself edumahkated...

I ran Mobil V-Twin 20-50 from February till Thanksgiving. The rest of the time the car was in winter storage in my heated garage.
