Sorry to hear of your misfortune. By the way, what did the package weigh. Seems kind of bulky and heavy for anyone to cart off, but I guess it happens every day. Sure hope you get it all straightened-out.

UPS messes up all the time in my neighborhood. I check with my neighbors and houses 1 block away (same street #, different street). I have always found the package.
