You should have the back wheels checked - I had the vibration, but it was my left rear wheel. I suspect that the rear (and not the front) bent because the lower profile of the rear tires (affording the wheel less protection), combined with the rear weight bias.

How do you know it's a bad wheel versus, say, bad motor mounts? I have a body vibration at 2,600-2,800 RPM (50-55 mph in fourth gear) in my '99 C-4. Sometimes it's less prominent, such as after it rains. I've wondered if it weren't the clutch.

wbgordon, actually the rpm do not effect the vibration in my car, another words, I can put it in neutral at 55mph and the vibration still exist.
It seems more speed related. Less vibration at 80mph.
I switched my front rims tonight, will drive and test tommorrow.

Kadeer,
Do check your RF tire itself. It may have "slipped a belt".

Guys,
I switched the front rims and tires, and I am still getting a vibration.
I noticed the vibration start at 50mph from the floor board/gas pedal area to the steering at 55mph. No noise on wheels, alignment good too.

Could this be a symptom of rear tire damage?
Or bad ball bearing, what are symptoms that ?

Like George suggested, it is possible to damage the structure of a tire by hitting a pothole. You may have damaged the tire's belts, and this can cause a vibration just like an out-of-balance tire/wheel. It can also lead to sudden tire failure. Do you see any bulges on the tire (inside or outside sidewall)? Sometimes this damage can only be seen from the inside of the tire, with the tire off the wheel.

Thank you all for you ideas.
I got my problem resolved. It was the rear wheel that was bent and I had it straightened and it works fine, no vibration.

Here are my observation summary from feedback.
Steering vibration could mean front wheel bent or balnace.
Floor vibration could mean rear wheel bent. Not related to RPM but speed.
Floor vibration with RPM changes then maybe Motor mounts.
