I have made a simple Excel sheet that I will update every few days with new information. I will not post the entire contents of the sheet so not to distribute members personal data. I will only post the Screen name, days attending and if they're bringing a car.

• PLEASE PM me the information in all the columns so I can add you to the list.
• DO NOT post your information here within the thread.
• If you choose to be removed from the list PLEASE PM me and I will do so.

I will see what I can arrange as we get closer to the event and it becomes clear how many people/ cars will attend. Maybe we can do something a bit more formal than just saying hello! The badge idea is awesome too and i can share the list with someone that may be interested in distributing badges.

I don't want to make any more effort for you, as you are doing a bunch already, but it might be interesting to provide point of departure, for those that may want to caravan up, i.e. Tanger and I are located in Los Angeles area, specifically the South Bay, or maybe you can just use the area code from the phone numbers.
