Maybe we can put together a roster of who's coming and setup a nice get together? I'd be willing to compile a list. Anyone here think it's worth starting a separate thread? I can keep a simple excel spreadsheet going and updated with who, when, where. Feedback please.

staying at my brother's house in the Highlands.
would appreciate any tips from those that have been there before, for us first timers. What do people do for food during the day?

Kika--
Quick run-down:
You will enter off of Monterey-Salinas Highway, and use A Rd. You will be directed to Corral--and placed with other 993's. Then, short walk to Reg/Entrance. Lots of vendors...and you'll have open access to the Paddock area (way cool!). There are a couple of Beer Gardens (one outside the track area, one in near the Paddock), and food easily available for purchase. Great idea to bring along small cooler with waters, etc. (very convenient to get back to car). You'll want to plan to hit the Souvenir Store as early as possbile: they sell out--and there will be loooong lines. The official poster is a desirable get...You will LOVE this experience! Great people; sights/sounds...Look forward to a for-sure Rennlist 993 Forum meet-up!

Agreed. The wife and I are now booked with corral tickets. Staying in a hotel in Monterey. This will be our first one of these. Looking forward to it!

Got my tickets as well, but will likely be flying down (so no road trip Graeme .. ). I have a house rented near the beach in Monterey, a few of us Vancouver Rennlisters will be staying in the house.
I would love to be at a Rennlist gathering - that would be fun!
Cheers,
Mike

Just booked 2 tickets. I will drive down from Seattle. Now on to finding a place to stay.
Although, when I went to Berkeley 20 years ago, i remember sleeping in my car in Monterey... Not sure i can do it again!

Just bought a ticket. Shame they aren't offering the parade lap this year. I enjoyed it. I booked my hotel room in Monterey in October. Since I book it they have raised the rates $85 to $100 per night. I guess I heard about Rennsport before they did.
