That's Turquoise Green, which the seller mistranslated from the German 'Türkis'. Pretty color though.

Turquoise in English, but the Turkish idea is right: "The substance has been known by many names, but the word turquoise, which dates to the 16th century, is derived from an Old French word for "Turkish", because the mineral was first brought to Europe from Turkey, from the mines in historical Khorasan Province of Iran." (Wikipedia).

Just thinking about it, 993s had quite a few mineral-derived color names - Turquoise, Aventurine, Sapphire, Diamond, I believe?

This broker is actually pretty good at finding and offering some nice cars @ fair pricing IMO. Very competitive in our town!

Same guy with 964 C4 WB, which I saw and very nice.

I've decided I won't be "going for a quick look" at anything unless it's a 964 C2 coupe. Everything time I do, I seem to come home with something.
