I'll take a wild guess here and suggest there will be long hours and exacting attention to detail required. Even when my shop was only long hours and street car level attention to detail I found other (eventually) near absentee businesses that provided multiples of that income rewarding so that I could enjoy and expand my fleet, even get back into racing. Sad, but true.

I hereby nominate IXLR8 (in charge of cleaning) and GEOLAB (in charge of mechanicals) for these positions. Both will need company jet for the commute though
