Wow, and all this time I thought I had nephrite! Thanks, Al, you saved me a few bucks as I ordered nephrite green dye from the U.K. Hopefully I'll be able to change the order. By the way I looked everywhere around the NET and could not fine anywhere that described what the PX code means.

I'll now have to change my signature...

I don't think they made any arctic silver cars in 95 either, yours is probably polar silver.

Yes, his is paint to sample so not Artic.

Stew, under the hood on the firewall, behind the driver's side headlight, the is a small silver sticker which gives the actual color. If you take a picture we can de-code it for you.

It is probably reads SilberMetallic and the paint code numbers.

Regards,

.

THIS

you will be happier in the long run. I had the same problem with mine and I redid mine. You do know that upholsterers love things like cookies to help them keep their mind focused on your car.

Same color as mine. It is actually an earlier year euro color.

Arctic has a bit more grey/black to the metal flake, if that makes sense. This is a bit brighter.

So is the color just called 'Silver'? Not Arctic, not Polar, just plain 'ol Silver?

Arctic has a warmer pinkish yellow cast while Polar has a cooler blue cast to it.
