Take a look at Vivid Racing for some prices. The price depends on the upholstering material, but leather ones are north of $2k per seat (probably closer to $2.5k each).

Hi Guys,
Im in need of a little help. About 10 years ago i bought a pair of 968 CS cloth seats with the trampoline from a customer here in Australia. The customer converted his CS to a 2+2 with leather standard seats. Now 2 owners on the now owner wished to purchase the seats back from to to complete his CS back to standard. What is a fair price for them. Rated at 7.5-8 out of 10.
Here is a picture

Ilko-- SO much wrong in that post, sir
One does not simply forget to mention such pristine seats!
...or hesitate to install them!
...or tease about his 'new' 964 without pics!
Luckily, though, all is righted thanks to your new "I'm back" thread on the 964 Forum.
BTW: I bet RLer PorscheZen (Edmund) approves
I've always wanted to own a white car and now I have it...
1990 Carrera 2.
I have a set of OEM 964 Speedster seats painted white.
I'm taking a very slow approach since the car is going to stay in CA until Fall.

Just put some Porsche stickers on it and you've essentially got a 993 for tens of thousands less. Just squint your eyes a little...
The Porsche crests on the cloth Porsche race seats were embroidered at the factory. You will not find a patch that looks remotely similar. I've seen people slap some crests on regular race seats and they look awful.

Here's a set that is somewhat reasonably priced in the current market: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Porsche-911-...-/171938126805
But I have never seen seats in those particular deviated leather colors, at least not the back rest cushions. The top one looks black, and the bottom one too bright? Also I'm not seeing the Recaro stamp on the back of the headrest.

Ilko-- Good find ^^
P.S. You've got a P.M.
[Edited: 3 spam pixels (GIF images) intentionally deleted]
They look like generic race seats. Hell glue a porsche crest on any sparco, omp, "insert name here" race seat and you've essentially got the same thing for thousands less. Flame away.
Sadly, we're the victims of a SPAMbot that created screen name cghng & regurgitated esses' post #11 from page one.
Easiest to recognize these spammers as a new RLer with a forgettable random screen name. The post may not make much sense, since it's snatched from earlier pages & doesn't add content to discussion.
Those spam posts have nothing to do with the "cut & pasted" text; it's all about adding sneaky imbedded images 1 pixel by 1 pixel. Invisible to our eye, they allow the website that hosts the image to record IP addresses of all of us that click on the thread. (Sometimes IP address can even be correlated with a physical address & general computer set-up info.)
Potentially nefarious. Good if RL owner IB can prevent them before we ever see them.
The upside: after posts are reported by clicking on the 'Report Post' icon ( ) mods usually remove them promptly. So, what was post #86 disappeared.
Scott's original post before cghng's unscrupulous copying, followed by reponses:

EBay's "2 Sportsitze Recaro A8 Leder Alcantara neu bezogen Tuning Audi Rs2 Porsche" FS by autopolsterei_de, item #252090205633.
Three sets of upholstered Recaro A8 seats, each pair €3,499 (~$4k USD). That's the price for these in leather &/or alcantara, but final cost will vary based on customers' specific request for paint & leather colors, material, deviated stitching, special embroidery, seam piping, etc. Sliders not included.

Mystery Recaro Porsche Race Buckets
Hey folks,
So I stumbled upon an odd "pair" of Porsche factory race seats made by Recaro:
Both seats and brackets. Seat A on the left. Seat B on the right.
I firmly believe both seats were made for Porsche, as one seat (Seat A) has the iconic spider-web reinforcements on fiberglass shell that match 964 buckets made for Porsche. This seat has its Recaro label on it still but appears to be missing its Porsche part label. The second seat (Seat B) doesn't have the spider-web reinforcement and has the typical SPG reinforcement pattern, but it has this odd riveted reinforcement and brace. Seat B has Recaro, F.I.A., and Porsche factory labels.
Seat A Front
Seat A Back
Seat A Label
Seat B Front
Seat B Back
Seat B Recaro and F.I.A. labels
Seat B Porsche factory label with 964 part number.
So what are these seats from? The guy I bought them from had no clue. I think Seat A is from a 964 RS Cup car like this one:
Seat B with the funky riveted bracket really puzzles me. It does have a 964 part number on it, so I know it is Porsche factory legit. Its December 1995 build date makes me wonder whether it was for a 964 or 993 race car. It's certainly dated too late to be either a 944 Turbo Cup or 968 Turbo S seat. Thoughts are welcome!
P.S. I will be selling these seats once I figure out what I have. They are located in the SF Bay Area, so if you're coming to RRV we might be able to coordinate an in-person inspection.
P.P.S. Interestingly neither seat has webbing under the bottom cushion. The cushion is glued to the shell. These are most definitely racing seats.
