Default First 993...

Hi, My name is Donny. I've owned Porsches for many, many years. I'm an air cooled junkie...
I recently acquired a 1995 993 Cabriolet C2 Grand Prix White, Light Gray top and light gray leather, black dash and door trim, chrome cup 17" wheels, 6 speed manual, all the usual amenities with 64K on the clock. PPI was strong after a few fixes. You'll see me here asking questions and looking for good sources. Here's the car...

You will love the car. Nothing better than open air motoring in a 993!

Very nice. What's that above the script on the rear deck, satellite antennae?

Great color combo for a cab. You can source new [and clear] splash guards from FD Motorsports. What is the white "pedal" in the driver's side footwell?

I actually like the chromed factory wheels. Not sure why though. They were quite popular on SoCal cars of all kinds from the early 90's through recently. I'm not sure who made them but they're pretty common.

JD, with such a beautiful body style(IMHO) and light colored body(white) why would you or anybody else for that matter want your eye's be directed to these wheels? But I respect your likes and dislikes.
Not my cup of tea

Super nice! The only thing I'd do is source a new grey leather shifter **** to spiff up the interior (and the stone guards in clear of course).
