I've driven a C2S with these great looking sports seats over some curvy roads, and could not adjust them to either a comfort or support level that would have me opt out of the standard seats ....so concur with the above
At a trim 6'6", 200#, & 35" waist, it is not a case of trying to stuff a Molson ( Budwiser for you US guys) tumor in between the bolsters - just not a fit I'd spend for .....

When are Rear Seat Deletes going to go for stoopid money? That option cost more than sport seats originally.

To think that my 993 originally came equipped with Sport Seats with Crests. Sucks that a previous owner swapped them out with a C2S that he owned as well. I would have loved to have sold them for $10k+.

In 1995 the sportseats were a 1350 Deutschmark option. Considering the prices for Tequipment shift ***** and e-brakes 20 K os not that crazy...

Ok, here is my window sticker. Sport Seats with crests went for only a few more bucks more than the Rear Seat Delete option. Given that, I'd gladly sell my RSD for $10k. Or, I'll sell my SY calipers for $15k. Or my SY seatbelts for $8k. Or the Aerokit for $10k.

I am a wee bit worried about the slightly higher seat height. At 6'3" I have to angle the seat back a fair bit in order to be comfortable with the stock one's now.

Any links to install threads re 996 seats going into a 993? I suck at search thing.
