Funny but I like the iris color against the white of the protective sheeting. I wonder why more people don't do multi color schemes when repainting

When did this become IRIS Blue?? My 1985 911 Targa was Iris blue- but it was a light color.

Unhappy Iris Blue repaint disaster UK
Hi I had some work done on my Iris Blue 96 targa, usual rust - scuttle, windscreen surround etc and the (insert name here) Porsche shop repainted the wings, bonnet, doors.

On the overcast day I picked it up it look ok, just blue.

In the sunshine it seems they forgot the “Iris” part.
can anyone recommend a UK paint shop that could fix this?

Your Targa was Iris Blue Metallic (irisblaumetallic), these are Iris Blue Pearl (irisblau perlcolor)
