Ok, the project has officially started today. Once my kid was sleeping, I took a bottle of good scotch with me to the garage, put on some Metallica and started tearing into the car.

Off comes the supercharged 3.6 and in goes the twinplug, twin turbo 3.8 EVO engine along with a G50/54 motorsport gearbox.

(Before anyone asks, the supercharger kit is sold to a rennlister, so I will clean it up and will be sending it to US within next two weeks.)

The plan is to build a 100% 993 GT2 EVO replica. The changes will be made in several different phases. This winter I am putting in the EVO drive train and working on the suspension. The list of winter 2014 changes:

- EVO engine and drive train
- All suspension components
- welded 6-point cage
- 100l fuel cell + new fuel pumps etc.
