I was an actor for many years; I still am, that's how I make my living, though now I only do voice-over work. I narrate documentaries and commercials for network television now.

Anyway, I spent 4 years of my life as a series regular on "General Hospital" many years ago

Gotta love the drama in this thread. When all else fails, I rely on good ol' fashioned reasoning and try to just do what is right. IMO, Sonny should PM the buyer, provide an accurate UPS address and account number, have the buyer return the wheels and then refund the delta between what the CC refunded and the purchase price. Win-win scenario: Sonny gets his original wheels (which he can sell again) + he pockets ~$800. The buyer gets his full purchase price, minus all the BS/drama he had to deal with. Both walk away relatively whole and a lesson to be learned about buying used products over the interwebs.

GBall, that is cool,

I always thought that a great job would be to do cartoon voices,

Good money from what I understand, but no one knows what you look like, so you can walk around in public.

I once met the guy that did the voice of Tigger, he seemed to have a pretty good life, and he could walk around the mall without being hassled.

Found you!

Had no idea there were a total of 5 actors with your first name on that show, hehe! But then again, the cast was in the hundreds, if not more...

Not to hijack this thread, but yes, it's a fun job. Sure beats shoveling dirt in the Arizona sun.

The money is good, but understand I'm in the entertainment unions and we all know what's happened to unions in this country over the past 30 years or so. The work is highly sought after and competitive and everyone and their brother wants in.

I really disliked getting recognized and didn't have much interest in celebrity, so that's why I stopped the on-camera work and got into voice work instead. Dan Castellaneta, the guy who voices Homer Simpson, is repped by the same voice agent as I am, and he can walk around anywhere without anyone knowing who he is. Sure beats the paparazzi and crazy fans hounding you, that's for sure

Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.....

It's far easier trying to find a perfect set of 997 wheels for $1600
