Default FVD Front Brake Cooling Kit

This kit includes the air bumper scoops and all parts required. I had the kit installed a few months back by master wrench Guru Lance Aspesi in Van Nuys, CA. This guy can do anything, anything!

Ran the car at Laguna Seca a few weeks ago, brakes stayed cool the entire 30+ minute race. Had the same experience at Auto Club California Speedway in August. For $570, I don't think you can go wrong...price included freight.

$570 is a lot better than spending thousands on a Big Red system, plus stock rotors and racing brake pads are cheaper for the stock 993 brakes. Note I had Big Reds in the past, the stock brakes seem just as efficient, plus less caliper and rotor unsprung weight.

Default The 2X Role

Laguna Seca is very rough on brakes...so if the kit helps there, it's a winner...that is why I posted 2X. Please forgive if the 2nd post seemed overly redundant.

Can you post pictures of the install? The problem I see if you do not go through the frame rail is that the hose gets chewed up by the tires.

BTW, using brake temperature paint, I found no temperature issues with the caliper. The rotors showed 800 or 1000. We decided no cooling is needed.
