Bumperettes Removed, City Lights changed to LEDs --- still can't believe this is mine
Hi folks,
Its been two months since I brought this C2 Narrowbody home --- much to my family's benefit, I find that I am now eagerly willing to scoop up and dispose of the cat poop/pee every night into the garbage bin in the garage just to have an opportunity to glance at the P-car!
I recently just removed the bumperettes, filled the license plate holes, replaced the headlight lenses, converted the BA9S city lights from tungsten to LED, painted the inside of the foglight housing silver, and re-did the Previous Owner's crap HID low beam conversion wiring job (redid a splice and tape job with a proper solder and heat shrink job).
Gratuitious photos below

Thanks guys. I had the original bumper slots for the bumperettes filled by the bodyshop - i couldn't see buying a whole new euro spec cover as it would not have been cost efficient.
for the interior of the fog light housing, I used Griots Garage aluminum paint. i have a couple rattle cans left over from a Citroen Cx restoration project that I did 13 years ago ... The paint was still good so I used it. i stupidly applied too much force levering out one of the fog light lenses and split the driver's side fog light housing in two ... I super glued the housing back together and bondoed and sanded it smooth. After primer, paint, and glass lens fitting, it is not possible to tell that the fog light housing has been repaired.
The wheels are Hartmann replicas and the rears are 18x10 ET55.

Hi, the color is aventurine green, not vesuvius, which would be even more rare.
AG can look more grey under certain lighting conditions and a little more green under other lighting conditions. My feeling is that it is an underappreciated color....
